APPOINTMENTS
In order to accommodate your service choice on preferred dates and times for treatment, we recommend that you book your appointment in advance. Please be aware that a credit card is required to secure all appointments. Please arrive fifteen minutes prior to your appointment in order to relax and enjoy your complete experience.
CANCELLATIONS
Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any single service, 48 hours notice for any multiple service or package. A Full service will be charged for any late cancellation or no-show appointments.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Give The Gift Of Spa . . . Esthete offers gift certificates in any denomination. Gift Certificates can be used for services and retail items, and may be purchased in person or over the phone with Visa or Mastercard. All gift certificates are non-refundable.
GRATUITIES
Tipping is always left to the discretion of our guests. Gratuities are not included in our services, gift certificates, or packages.
